Real Madrid beat Club Brugge last night with a 3-1 win away with the Brazilian duo of Rodrygo Goes and Vinicius Jr. taking the spotlight.

Vinicius scored the second goal of the night for Los Blancos.

It was a rare sight, as the winger has lacked a finishing touch since his arrival in Madrid.

However, Vinicius feels like this goal is a sign of things to come and the lack of goals so far don’t bother him.

“I don’t play to score. I play to help the team.

“[Raheem] Sterling at [Manchester] City also had trouble scoring goals. I left Brazil very early and I’m working hard to do great things,” he said, according to Goal.

Vinicius’ revival will be a big boost for Madrid.

The team is preparing for two big battles, first against Valencia, and then the big El Clasico clash next Wednesday.
