Juventus’ Emre Can says his team is ready to play against Dutch Eredivisie club Ajax tomorrow night in the UEFA Champions League.

Last week, Italian Lega Serie A club Juventus played to a 1-1 draw against Dutch Eredivisie side Ajax in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League Quarterfinal.

And now, both teams are set to meet again this Tuesday at the Allianz Juventus Stadium.

This is why Bianconeri footballer Emre Can has spoken to the media, to try to explain how the team feels before this important game.

“I feel good, I recovered from the injury and I am ready for tomorrow,” the midfielder was quoted by Football Italia.

“I don’t know if I will play in the same position or in another. I wouldn’t tell you the day before the game, even if I did!”

“I know since I came here that it’s very important for Juventus and the people in Turin to win the cup. They came close before, lost two Finals and want to reach another,” he added.

“It won’t be easy, as everyone respects Ajax. We respect them in the Champions League, but we are not afraid of them and we want to win tomorrow.”

Florenzi says Roma “can reach all goals”

The Giallorossi ended up tying 1-1 against Inter Milan in the Italian Lega Serie A as they continue in the fifth position.

“I watched the first leg on television and it’s impressive to see how they play, but we want to play our game and then see what happens,” he continued.

“We need the same attitude that we had against Atletico Madrid. We are for sure not playing for 0-0 and think we’ll be through. We want to win the game and score goals.”

He added: “Allegri is a fantastic Coach, you can see he won the Scudetto every year and reached the Champions League Final twice. He likes to work on the details and that is why he’s a world-class coach.”

“I think I was to date the only player who had a few penalties after training, but then I do that anyway. We haven’t tried that yet with the team.”
