Timo Werner is attracting interest from all over Europe and while he is interested, he insists he is not looking to leave RB Leipzig just yet.

Werner has been in sensational form this season. His goals have played a crucial role in putting RB Leipzig at the top of the Bundesliga.

This form has seen the 23-year-old become one of the most desirable forwards in Europe. He has attracted attention from the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester United.

The player admits playing in the Premier League is an interesting proposition, and that he is a keen admirer of Serie A and La Liga

However, he insists his priority right now is RB Leipzig and winning the Bundesliga.

Speaking to Bild, his current plans will come as a disappointment to many.

He said:

“The Premier League is certainly the most interesting league.”

“There is a certain flair to watching the English league and playing there.”

“But many Germans have also been very successful in Spain, such as Sami Khedira and Mesut Ozil.”

“As of now, I have no desire to look for a move elsewhere.”

“Securing the Bundesliga title with Leipzig remains the ultimate ambition.”
