West Ham United are on the verge of signing Sebastien Haller from Eintracht Frankfurt with an announcement imminent.
According to reports, West Ham United could be set to announce the capture of Sebastien Haller from German Bundesliga outfit, Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Hammers have been desperate for a striker this summer since the departure of Marko Arnautovic to China. A move for Maxi Gomez was touted but the Spaniard eventually rejected a move to London in a bid to sign for Valencia.
And after missing out on their prime target, West Ham decided to turn their attention to Sebastien Haller. The Frenchman has been carving a reputation of a serious goal scorer in Germany. Following the departure of Luka Jovic to Real Madrid, his former strike partner could also leave this summer.
And according to talkSPORT, Eintracht have confirmed that the two clubs have reached an agreement for the signing.
“Eintracht and @WestHamUtd have agreed terms for the transfer of @HallerSeb,” the German club wrote on Twitter. “Haller has now been cleared to undergo a medical in London. If all goes to plan then Haller will sign with the Hammers.”

And Sky Sports reporter, Kaveh Solhekol also says that a £45 million deal has already been agreed as the player looks set to arrive in London for a routine medical test.
He wrote on Twitter: “Eintracht Frankfurt striker Sebastien Haller on his way to London for West Ham medical. £45m deal.”
Haller was in fine form last season and scored 19 goals in all competitions for the Germans. He joined them back in 2017 from Utrecht and has also played for Auxerre.
With a move on the cards, West Ham fans should be excited at the prospect of welcoming a player who has a great eye for goal and could make them forget Marko Arnautovic.
