Juventus are likely to make a shock move for France legend Zinedine Zidane next season in the bid to end their Champions League hoodoo, according to the Italian press.
Reports are rife the Bianconneri may part ways with Max Allegri if he fails to deliver the Champions League title.
And that course wasn’t helped by the 2-0 first leg defeat to Atletico Madrid putting them at the risk of crashing out in the Round of 16, after splashing the cash on Cristiano Ronaldo.
Today the Juve shares plummeted to 11 per cent on the stock exchange and if the elimination is confirmed after the second leg in March, expect an even greater fall.
According to Tuttosport and cited via Football Italia, Zidane is the first choice to replace Allegri if he doesn’t deliver the trophy they last won in 1996.
Zidane a former Juve player, won three consecutive Champions League titles at Real Madrid as a Coach. And it’s reported he may fancy a move.

The World Cup winner as other proposals too, most notably from Chelsea, who are already looking to replace Maurizio Sarri.
Manchester United have also not yet decided whether to give Ole Gunner Solskjaer the job permanently after sacking Jose Mourinho, so Zidane remains a candidate for them too.
However, Juve remains the most likely destination considering his history with the club, the resources at their disposal and the chance to reunite with Cristiano Ronaldo.
