According to the Rossoneri’s Chief Football Officer, Zvonimir Boban, the team should finish in the top part of the Italian Lega Serie A.
Zvonimir Boban is happy AC Milan brought in Ante Rebic and has warned his team that they should finish at least in the top part of the Italian Lega Serie A table.
“The transfer window was so tough, even if it was a bit fun,” he was quoted by Football Italia.
“It stresses out teams and Coaches, plus the season has already started. It’s caused a bit of a mess, but it’s always the case in Italy.”
“Rebic is a player with strength and character. He can play in different positions and he’s shown he can play at great levels,” he commented.
“He can play as a winger, a second striker, between the two strikers and even as a roaming forward.”
“He can be used in different roles. He’s a sincere lad who’s improved so much technically. He’s always been strong, quick and a good shooter, but he’s made so much progress,” he added.
“The club’s strategy is to invest in young players, but there must also be players with experience and strength, some of whom we already have in the squad.”
“We have a nice mix. Perhaps it would be better if we had some older heads, but this team will improve,” Boban concluded.
