Barcelona are seeking to overturn a 3-0 defeat from the first leg in Turin, having already coming back from a 4-0 defeat against Paris Saint-Germain earlier in this Champions League campaign.
However, the second leg against Juventus may be without Mascherano, who missed yesterday’s training session with a muscular injury.
Reports suggest it is not a serious problem, but could still keep the Argentine international out of the second leg in the Champions League.
On the other side, Arda Turan is likely to be back after shaking off an adductor problem.
The second leg between Barcelona and Juventus will be played on Tuesday with kick off at 20:45 CET at the Camp Nou in Barcelona.
