Milan are planning big investments following their takeover by the Chinese investor Li Yonghong, who wishes to bring the historical club back the Champions League and top of the Serie A

Allegedly AC Milan are closing in on their first summer signing, as they are keen on buying Cesc Fabregas who is not in the starting lineup at Antonio Conte’s Chelsea.

The former Barcelona player has only been given nine games from the start in this season of the Premier League, as Kante and Matic is preferred for Antonio Conte.

According to Daily star, Milan would pay €25 million and the only thing left in the deal, is to reach the deal with the player.

Fabregas would be the first summer signing for The Rossoneri.
